About Us
The Quardu-Gboni Mandingo Association in America (QGMAA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to fostering unity, peace, and progress among Quardu-Gboni immigrants in the United States and strengthening ties with other associations. Guided by its motto, "Unity, Peace, and Progress," QGMAA serves as a platform for preserving and promoting the historic, cultural, and social values of the Quardu-Gboni people while championing self-improvement and active participation in the socioeconomic development of Quardu-Gboni District and Liberia as a whole.
The Association’s emblem symbolizes its mission and roots: the rising sun signifies hope and a brighter future, the Lofa River represents unity and connection, and agricultural tools reflect the district’s rich agrarian heritage. Through charitable services, resource mobilization, and community-driven programs, QGMAA addresses critical needs in education, health, and development while fostering cooperation with organizations worldwide. Proudly rooted in heritage and purpose, QGMAA is a beacon of empowerment, unity, and transformation for its members and the communities it serves.

What We Do
QGMAA is committed to transforming lives through targeted projects and programs that address critical needs in Quardu-Gboni Chiefdom, Lofa County, Liberia, and among QGMAA citizens in the Americas. Our initiatives focus on quick-impact community development, healthcare, education, agriculture, skills training, and economic empowerment while fostering unity among members in the diaspora.
