President

Board Members

The Board of Directors is the second-highest decision-making body of the Association, with judicial authority and oversight over the Executive Committee to ensure adherence to General Assembly decisions. In the Assembly's absence, the Board may exercise its powers, subject to reversal by the General Membership. Decisions on impeachment or removal must follow the Constitution's provisions.

Guiding with wisdom, overseeing with integrity—our Board members ensure unity, progress, and accountability at QGMAA.

The QGMAA Executive Leadership

"At QGMAA, we lead with unity, progress, and purpose, empowering communities and creating brighter futures."

- President Losene Bility

Executive leadership roles within QGMAA are reserved for legal residents of the United States of America, ensuring that all elected officers meet the legal requirements to serve the Association effectively. Officers are elected to serve a three-year term, providing stability and continuity in leadership while fostering a culture of accountability and commitment to the Association's goals. This structure promotes active participation and ensures that leaders are well-positioned to address the needs of the organization and its members.

To encourage fresh perspectives and innovation, an officer may serve no more than two consecutive terms, totaling six years. However, after a mandatory break of one or more terms under a different administration, former officers are eligible to run again for the same position. This balanced approach ensures a dynamic leadership cycle, fostering both experience and renewal in the governance of QGMAA.
